Rising Phoenix Productions (RPP) is a growing production company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Our goal is to provide a vast array of high quality multimedia and media production services at an affordable price.

picRising Phoenix Productions was founded by Mike Meservy.  Mike graduated from the Univserity of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, Electronic Journalism.  Mike is also a graduate of the Hollywood Film Institute.
